For the launch of their new P20 smartphone, Huawei wanted to highlight the smartphone’s exceptional camera features. Together with UMGB they set up a campaign connecting music and photography by catching artists life’s moments. Four urban music ambassadors participated to the campaign: DVTCH NORRIS, BLU SAMU, SLM and TheColorGrey. They recorded their life through the lens of the Huawei P20 during the summer festival season.
During the campaign, the music ambassadors spread the #UrbanRenaissance hashtag through their socials while posting cool content with the P20. All these pictures were collected and shown at the first vertical photo exhibition at the Wiels museum: ‘The Urban Story Behind The Lens’. The exhibition was opened with a showcase by the artist ambassadors, this way creating a real music festival experience.
