One lucky ING client could win a private living room concert with their closest family and friends. For this activation, we worked with local super star Stan Van Samang to address their loyal and mature user base.
Music is an important aspect of ING’s marketing strategy to forge deep brand trust among their clients. On a regular basis we set up a client activation campaign to build the connection with their user base.
Users had to go to the ING music page to participate to this unique event. This way generating more traffic to ING’s web pages. The communication was done by the social media channels of the artist (130K followers) & ING. On top of that, a direct mailing was sent to the ING client database.
The living room concert was livestreamed on Facebook and UMGB provided ING with an after movie that was posted on their website and social media channels.
